to surf the net without breakouts,disconnections and with total freedomand free then,try 'airtel' and 'hotspot'.
all u av to do is google out hotspot,download it and install then run after u mite av connected ur modem(phone)...
remember to configure ur browser with this i.p: 127.0.0.1
and,
port: 8080
